SB 49                                                                        
SENATE BILL NO. 49 "An Act relating to preelection reports;                    
closing the two-day reporting gap in those reports; setting the date           
of February 15 for filing year-end campaign finance reports; and               
requiring reporting of zero year-end reports" was read the second              
time.                                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
BILL NO. 49 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading                 
and placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.            
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 49 was read the third time.                                    
                                                                               
Senators Kerttula, Pearce, Taylor moved and asked unanimous                    
consent that they be shown as cosponsors on SENATE BILL NO.                    
49.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                                     
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 49 "An Act relating                
to preelection reports; closing the two-day reporting gap in those             
reports; setting the date of February 15 for filing year-end campaign          
finance reports; and requiring reporting of zero year-end reports"
